Vegan Meanin’ Food! Cooking course this Autumn

Vegan Meanin’ Food! will give classes on vegan cooking for 4 weeks for each Saturday from the 8th October (8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th).

Where: SeomraSproai, 10 Belvidere Court, Dublin 1 (see the map

Time: 11am-1pm.

When: Starting Sat 8th October for each Saturday till 29th of October (4 classes).

Price: Suggested cost is €10 (€7 with concession) per class.

Each 2 hour class will show how to cook affordable easy animal free recipes for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

The classes will explain the basic nutritional needs for a vegan diet, reasons for veganism, sourcing vegan food and will explore the myths and facts.
